Replacement of the mechanical hammers of the Reduction and Convection boiler (50 hammers) includes dismantling all connections including the motor, gearbox, shaft, weights and anvils, inspection, troubleshooting and cleaning of the boiler anvils and finally assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of the boiler hammers. Also, replacement of 18 meters of Omega Tube pipes at the boiler inlet will include dismantling, cutting, installation, assembly, welding, testing and commissioning of new pipes. Next, the Omega Tube pipe protection plate will be replaced by 18 meters, which includes dismantling of defective plates, assembly, welding and installation of new plates. In addition, three inspection hatches will be installed on the body of the 001 Flash boiler chain belt, which will include cutting the boiler body to create a seat, assembly, installation, sealing and test commissioning of the hatches.
Replacing and repairing internal elements of steam dryer sectors includes opening the inlet and outlet connections of all elements, checking and, if necessary, completely repairing them, replacing defective washers of the inlet chute to the dryer, and performing the disassembly and assembly process of the inlet chute. Also, eliminating steam leaks in the inlet and outlet connections of the dryer elements will be carried out along with the final test and commissioning of the dryer.
